How to Deliver Event Photos with Function
Function lets photographers deliver photos to clients through a simple link and QR code. No app needed — guests open the gallery in any browser on any phone.
How it works
- Create an event — Log in at functionapp.in/studio, name your event (e.g. "Priya & Rohan Wedding") and choose a plan: Compressed (₹49), Originals (₹99), or Originals Large (₹199).
- Upload photos — Drag and drop from your phone or laptop. Uploads pause and resume automatically on weak internet — nothing is lost even if you close the page.
- Share the link — Send the gallery link on WhatsApp, or print the QR code at the venue. Every guest can view, download individual photos, or download all photos as a single zip.
What your client gets
A clean, professional gallery with your studio name at the top. Selfie search, album selection, delivery status updates, Hindi/English toggle, and a download-all button. The gallery stays live for 30 days and then deletes automatically for privacy.
Tip: Print the QR code and place it at the event venue. Guests can scan it and start viewing photos even while the event is still going on, as you upload in real time.
