Function helps event vendors — including photographers, videographers, makeup artists, caterers, marriage palaces and venue owners, DJs, decorators, tent houses, and similar businesses — manage bookings, availability, payments, reminders, equipment, trusted vendor groups, and customer enquiries.
Data We Collect
Account details: phone number, name or business/studio name, city, specialty or category, and an optional profile photo and cover image.
Business profile: equipment and service details you choose to add (for example cameras, lenses, drone, lighting, audio, vehicle availability, or category-specific information).
Booking data: event dates, city, client name, coverage and service details, payment amounts, advances and balances, delivery promises, private notes, costs, and profit estimates.
Group data: trusted-group membership, invite-code use, availability (free/busy) status, and cover requests.
Customer enquiry data: when a customer submits an enquiry through your public QR link, we collect the name, phone number, and event details that customer provides so we can deliver the enquiry to you.
Reminder data: event, payment, delivery, request, and custom reminders you create.
Support and diagnostics: support and feedback messages, crash and diagnostic reports, and a push-notification token if notifications are enabled.

What Trusted Group Members Can See
Trusted group members may see your name, profile photo, city, specialty or category, business/equipment profile, and your free/busy availability. They cannot see client names, booking amounts, payment status, costs, profit, private notes, private ratings, or customer enquiry details.
What Stays Private
Client names, booking amounts, payment status, costs, profit, private notes, private ratings, and customer enquiry details are visible only to the account owner.
Permissions
Notifications: optional, used for reminders and enquiry/cover-request alerts.
Photos: optional, used for profile and cover images through the system picker.
Camera: optional, only if direct photo capture is used.
Contacts, SMS, call logs, background location, and cross-app tracking are not requested.
Sharing
Function does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers needed to operate the app — such as hosting and database, authentication, push notifications, and diagnostics. These providers are required to protect your data consistent with this policy.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account). Deleting your account removes your profile, phone number, business/equipment profile, group membership, bookings, payment tracking, costs, profit estimates, private notes, ratings, reminders, cover requests, customer enquiries received through your QR link, and uploaded images, along with your authentication record — unless limited retention is legally required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute obligations. Children
Function is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
