You can delete your Function account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.
Deleting your account removes your profile, phone number, business and equipment profile, group membership, bookings, payment tracking, costs, profit estimates, private notes, ratings, reminders, cover requests, customer enquiries received through your QR link, and any images you uploaded, along with your authentication (sign-in) record.
Limited data may be retained only where legally required — for example for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute obligations.
Email support@functionapp.in from the email address connected to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership before deleting.
In-app deletion is immediate. Email-based deletion is completed within 30 days of verification, unless a shorter legal deadline applies.
