Function has two parts and each has its own account. Delete whichever you use — or both.
What is removed: your profile, phone number, business and equipment details, group membership, bookings, payment tracking, costs, profit estimates, private notes, ratings, reminders, cover requests, customer enquiries received through your QR link, uploaded images, and your sign-in record.
What is removed immediately:
Please note: any gallery link you have already sent to a client will stop working the moment you delete. If your client still needs their photos, ask them to download first.
Payment records — the amount, date and reference of any payment you made — are kept. Indian tax and accounting law requires this, and they are transaction records rather than personal content. Limited data may also be retained where legally required for security, fraud prevention or an ongoing dispute.
Email support@functionapp.in from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership first. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verification, usually much sooner.
Deletion from inside the app or the website is immediate. Photo files are removed from storage as part of that same action.
Even if you do nothing, every gallery deletes itself automatically 30 days after it was created, along with all photos, face data and album selections in it. Deleting your account simply does it sooner.
